Perched in a prime location on top of the Bowl of Edmonds neighborhood, this renovated home is surrounded by the Puget Sound on one side and the Olympic Mountains on the other! The beaches and boardwalk of Edmonds are nearby, and you can also enjoy stunning views of the mountains and Salish Sea from the public walkway on Sunset Avenue just north of the ferry terminal, plus charming downtown Edmonds and its many fine restaurants -- all just a mile away! Popular attractions like the Woodland Park Zoo, Port of Edmonds, Nile Shrine Golf Course, Museum of Pop Culture, and even the Seattle Space Needle are all within a 15-mile radius of the home, or you can take a day trip on the ferry to Kingston for more adventure. The Swedish Edmonds Hospital is also conveniently nearby, just under two miles away.
