Thereā€™s no front desk, we got the keypad info from the owner the day of our check in. The room was small, but was in good shape and the bathroom was nice and clean. The communal kitchen space was clean and neat. Walls were a bit thin, so you could hear talking in other rooms/in the shared spaces. Overall, a good space to stay for the price!

I reserved it for the price. But I would stay every time I go because the name describes it to a T. It is very clean (my specific thanks to the cleaning lady who works her tail off). It is quiet. And it is comfortable. Great communication whenever needed with the managers!

Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed in! We had the king with the private bathroom - The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to have and it was a very quiet area to stay. We did not get to take full advantage of the kitchen aside from the microwave but upon looking around they truly had everything you needed to cook! I have family with food restrictions and this would be the first place I would ever recommend.

Place was easy to find, host was efficient about communicating details to us. Room was clean and spacious, the only suggestion Iā€™d have would be the option of a fan in the room as we did get a little warm at night, otherwise we had a very pleasant stay! Thanks!

Quite and comfortable. NOT very clean

Clean is not the title that I would give this place. It was comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and free parking was great! I did notice some stains on the bedding and a bad ant problem in the kitchen. I was staying here because I was sleeping at the UW hospital while my dad was sick. I really needed a good night rest and a homemade meal. I bought a few items to make dinner but ALL of the plates utensils and pans were greasy, which I rewashed. I was looking for a drinking cup and could not find a single one, I used a old soda can for water. Besides the ants in the kitchen, dirty dishes and curly hairs or beard clippings here and there in the bathroom, the place was clean-ish. Maybe I'm splitting hairs but if the first word for the room is CLEAN, my expectation was as such.
