The Space:
This ground floor duplex has everything you need on the same floor with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. As you walk in you will find an open concept living and dining room. Cozy kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. Next to the bathroom is a linen closet where you will find extra towel, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, and paper towel. There is a laundry room with everything you need. The back door through the laundry room leads to a large and private backyard.
