About this property

Rainier Valley 6BR — Two Living Rooms, Fenced Yard & Light Rail Access

  • A 2,220 sq ft private home in Seattle's Rainier Valley with six queen bedrooms, two full living rooms across separate floors, and a large fenced backyard. Groups of up to 12 can split naturally by floor — three bedrooms and a living room upstairs, three bedrooms and a game room with foosball downstairs. No one feels crowded, no one is on top of each other, and everyone has their own space to decompress at the end of the day.

Othello Light Rail Station is a 7-minute walk — downtown Seattle in 15 minutes by train, SeaTac in 15 minutes on the same line, Lumen Field for stadium events in between. Driveway parking for 3 cars included for guests who'd rather drive.

    THE HOME

Two full floors, each with three private queen bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The upper floor has the main kitchen and dining area; the lower floor has a second living room with a foosball table and board games. It's a layout that works particularly well for two families traveling together, large friend groups, or anyone who wants the freedom to split into different vibes without being separated.

    Upper floor:

    Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet
    Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet
    Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet
    Shared full bathroom
Living room, dining area, full kitchen with island

    Lower floor:

    Bedroom 4: Queen bed, closet
    Bedroom 5: Queen bed, closet
    Bedroom 6: Queen bed, closet
    Shared full bathroom
Living room with foosball table and board games, laundry

Queen air mattress available on request for groups over 8. Driveway parking for 3 cars.

    THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Othello Park is around the corner, Kubota Garden is a short drive, and Columbia City's restaurant row is 10 minutes away by car. Quiet and residential, with everything you need close by and downtown accessible by rail without the noise or price of staying in the city center.
