Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all the used bed sheets, pillows cases and towels in one place in the room close to the entrance and away from the heater.
Put all the trash in the trash (gray) container. Put recycle items (plastic, glass, box, metal) in the recycle (blue) container. Both containers are on the street side of the property.
Close all the windows, turn off all the lights, fans, and TV(s). Lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Due to the neighborhood restrictions and local law, only ONE car is allowed to park on the property or street. Do not park in front of the neighbor.
Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hairs are found on furniture, additional fee will be applied to the reservation.
Pet must be on the leash at all the time when outside. Please scoop the poop! If you stay more than 2 days, you can access to a shared laundry room.
