I must say that the ad does not do any justice to this space. Its way more nicer than advertized. Very very ideal for a short stay, room is cozy, whole place is nice & clean, was great. As seeing in previous reviews, parking is a pain so if you do find a spot close to the spot, you may have to circle the block a few times to find back a nice spot. Other than that, highly reccommemded, communication was clear & no complaints at all. I would definately stay there again & the price was waaaaay less than other spots.
The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.
Really clean and pristine— except for a stain on a bath towel. That could be overlooked if it hadn’t escalated into such a drama: multiple text messages— even asked to provide a photo of the offending stain. Husband showered with a hand towel one morning. Eventually got a new supply delivered, minus the extra coffee I requested. It’s a beautiful property in a hip location. Good security protocols which I didn’t mind. You can have a finely oiled machine, but hospitality isn’t always about ticks in boxes — it’s about being WELCOMING. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t stay here again. Without “towelgate” 5 stars. I will spare everyone and not include a photo of stained towel. Use your imaginations! That kind of thing can happen, even at luxe resorts. Would’ve appreciated a chair, even a small on in the room.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Disliked: Staff & service
This was in a residential neighborhood with no shops or eateries nearby. Once we found the last parking spot on the other side of the street, we stayed in for the night without eating dinner. The No Parking signs on the hotel side of the street were not visible from the direction we drove in on. The hotel should have warned us as we almost got a ticket.
Vince and Isla were excellent hosts. Vince was communicative and helpful. The property is clearly cared for and loved which encouraged me to care for and love the property as well. I loved the Game of Thrones theme. I really appreciate the black washcloths they provide for makeup removal. My room had a Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods. The bed as very cozy. I hope to stay again if they’ll have me!

There are lots of stairs which was difficult to get multiple heavy suitcases up :(
Everything else was nice though.
So this property is 0 flexible with the guests, also i waited almost 2 hours to get into the place, i was freezing outside, you can hear everything on the building, and the shower also had problems, stay away from here
The room was new, very clean and comfortable. Our host was helpful and communicative. Our unit was on the top floor up 3 flights of stairs. Be prepared for an additional pre-booking process which felt invasive, requiring photos of me & my driver’s license and an additional $200 security deposit. Also, in the listing photos there’s a full kitchen, but it should be noted it’s communal, on the 1st floor, and separate from the unit.
