Seattle's Urban Oasis

The Seattle Gaslight Inn was originally built in the early 1900s for Paul Singerman, a prominent Seattle businessman. The home is an excellent example of Craftsman-style architecture, with a wide porch, low-pitched roofline, and overhanging eaves. The interior features rich, dark colors, with oak trim work and paneling. This historic site was granted landmark status by the city of Seattle in 2015.

In addition to our eight guest rooms, our inn has a number of common areas for guests to enjoy. Relax by the oak fireplace in our spacious living room, or enjoy a good book in our library.

Outside, you can take a walk by our koi pond, or enjoy an afternoon swim in our in-ground heated swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious poolside patio and comfortable chaise lounges.

One of Seattle's original Bed and Breakfast hotels, the Inn has been open to the public since 1984. In addition to the guest rooms the Inn is also our personal residence and our home and personal residence.

Fabulous property

We had the whole house and it was fabulous! We were there for a work conference and it was such an amazing place for us to stay, play games, and laugh. We would love to be back for another work related retreat.

Stunning historic house in Seattle hub.

We had a lovely Christmas stay with 11 family members. The house set the stage for our family Christmas gathering. We were in constant awe of the architectureand details of this historical home. The rooms were comfortably stated & 1 for every one (7 rooms). The hosts were very accommodating and generous with their home. This stunning historic house was a short walk from some of Seattle's best restaurants and bakeries. Thank you Ryan & Joelle!
