We arrived an hour before check in and our room was already ready. Front desk staff were so kind and friendly, we had good chats and laughs. The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊
