  • Located in First Hill-Capitol Hill is this stylish room giving you the perfect central location to enjoy everything this neighborhood has to offer!

    Open and spacious, the room features a comfy king bed, elegant living, a great bathroom, working space and high speed Wi-Fi.

    Stay within walking distance to many delicious restaurants in the area, short walk to street car station and easy access to Capitol Hill Station.

    Other things to note
    - Washer and dryer are shared among the other residents, and require an app and card to use.

    - The larger, full size kitchen is shared among other residents in the building. The kitchenette is private and in your unit (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker w/ coffee + sugar provided) We do provide pots/pans/cooking utensils.

    - There is no designated parking for the building at all, not even myself. You will have to find street parking or use the paid lot near us.

Cute, clean, and safe. Walking distance to lots of shops, public transit, and restaurants. Property owners were responsive and accessible. I’d definitely stay here again!

The check in process and communications were very efficient. The place was clean overall. The location was very convenient for my visit. The only complaint I have is that on two of my five nights, the apartment above me started playing loud music and thumping on the floor for about an hour around midnight, waking me up and preventing me from quickly returning g to sleep.

Two people checked in and we had zero spoons / I fork and one towel. They did come with clean towels and some brand new cutlery- but that stuff should all be there. I liked the idea of the loft - however it was hard moving around up there. You had to crawl across the bed. The couch in the main area was broken and hard to sit on. This unit was needing some work. Close to everything

You need to be aware of what you’re getting into here. The first few photos are not the room you will be getting. The bed is accessed via ladder only and this may not work for all travelers. The steps in the first photo are not your actual private space. We were caught off guard and managed to make it work but were less than impressed. Additionally, the sofa in the small seating area was broken on one side.
