The home is a part of the picturesque Green Lake neighborhood just north of downtown Seattle. Its namesake lake is a focal point of the area, surrounded by a 2.8-mile paved trail perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. It offers stunning views of the lake and the lush greenery that lines its shores.

In addition to the lake, the Green Lake neighborhood is home to several parks and recreational facilities. EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

PETS - Pets are not allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

EVENTS - There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

CLEANING - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply.

EXTRA GUESTS - Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.

PLEASE NOTE - You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.

We really enjoyed our visit to Seattle and this house fit our needs perfectly. It's close to the city for easy access to the attractions there, but it's in a nice neighborhood with it's own restaurants, etc.. We really enjoyed being close to the lake- morning walks, paddle boarding, and swimming. The house itself was clean and very comfortable.

What a beautiful little house in a lovely neighborhood! The house was clean and fit the online description perfectly. There was plenty of space for my family. My mom (who is normally impossible to please with these things) LOVED it. Communication was quick and easy, had I needed any changes or any items addressed. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was perfect for my family of five (all adults). Lots of space + modern and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Location near green lake is ideal for run/walk and easy access to freeways and neighborhoods. Better than the pics!

We were in town to attend a graduation from the University. The house was in a good centralized location. Close to the University and downtown Seattle. The house was very nice and very comfortable for our group.

We had a lovely Memorial Day stay at the Green Lake House. Laura's home was very clean and well-equipped. We had three little kids with us, and there were lots of amenities great for kids. There was a child lock on the door leading to the stairs to the bottom floor, which we used a lot. There was also a pack and play. The kitchen and laundry had all the basic amenities, and everything was clean and well-stocked. The rooms were comfortable, making it perfect for our family. You're really close to Green Lake Playground, Community Center, and the Woodland Park Zoo. It was a stress-free stay for us. Communication with Laura was quick and easy whenever we needed it. I cannot recommend this place enough. In fact, I'll be recommending it to a family I know who wants to stay in Seattle soon.

Very nice home. Very comfortable and upgraded. Quite a few stairs inside and outside. Two stairs after the stairs from front porch have no rail. Even tho non-slip strips in front stairs, they can be slippery due to the wet leaves. The front and back porch stairs have handrail 👍 but first step up on back porch stairs is taller (bigger drop) than standard height. Be careful, especially when carrying recyclables, etc to bins near garage. Lovely time, very walkable, recommend.

This is as good as Greenlake gets! Take it from a Greenlake native- born & bred in this very same neighborhood. We needed to rent a home as near to my parents' home as possible, that was NICE enough to serve as a meeting location to host local work associates during the day, and comfortable/private enough for friends and coworkers to spend the night w/ plenty of their own space. This rental looks promising online, & it far exceeds all expectations. The pictures can't convey just how PERFECT this location is. An ideal and beautiful side of the lake to be situated; walking distance to the best restaurants in this area, a crosswalk & lake access literally at the end of the block. It's also on an axis directly inbetween 99 & I-5 so it's a straight shot to either main thoroughfare- access to the rest of Seattle in all directions within 2 minutes. (Those who know Seattle traffic will appreciate just how unique it is being equidistant to both of these within minutes, without even a hint of freeways nearby) The architecture & interior is hip, + just plain beautiful. The kitchen's FULLY & tastefully stocked w/ absolutely every imaginable kitchen tool, device, utensil, bakeware, container, dish, glass, towel, etc you'll need to host a robust dinner party or backyard BBQ. The landscaping provides an impressive green privacy shield, & the basement is stocked with games, toys, movies & endless entertainment. It's a Greenlake Gem and multigenerational clubhouse. Can't wait to revisit!
