"The hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The only downside was that the room was missing a few basic amenities. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water, and there was no body wash provided in the shower. These are small details, but they make a difference in a guest’s experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and I hope the hotel considers improving these room amenities"
