"I booked (and pre-paid), for 2 rooms on January 7, 2026 to stay July 9-12. When I arrived to check-in, they told me that they had given my rooms away and there was nothing they could do. The closest hotel that had vacancy was 30 minutes away.
I’ve also had a difficult time receiving a refund from Expedia and 6 days later, I am still waiting for a response."
