"The purpose of my stay was to be close to a family member in a hospice facility near by. Derrick (hope I spelled his name right) checked me in. He was professional, kind and very caring. I have traveled a bit for my job and have stayed in many 5 star hotels. Derrick outshines them all. "

"Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Couple small room things. There was no bath fan, so the bathroom got extremely steamed up during a shower. The wall thermostat was nonfunctional - turns out the heat pump/AC unit had onboard controls. They could have removed the unused thermostat to avoid confusion. Overall though, it was a great experience."
