OCCUPANCY LIMIT 3. The cabin includes a private bedroom and bath, plus a common room with kitchenette. This one-bedroom cabin has a direct walk out onto the pond side floating boardwalk. A queen bed and a small futon in the common room. This allows for up to 3 guests. Guests will also have access to the natural pond and the Nest cafe. Both are located directly in front of the one-bedroom cabins. Nest will be staffed to serve food and drinks for purchase. Burgers, Hot Dogs, Salads, and Sandwiches. Also, cold beer on tap along with a full bar. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with at Nason's Beach which is a very short drive away. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE
