Short walk to Sportsman's Kitchen and Keg Restaurant. Twenty minute drive to Sebago Lake State Park, thirty minute drive to Portland and fifty minutes to North Conway, NH. Endless things to do in all four seasons. Beach access is a five minute walk. Canoe or kayak put in is just a minute or two.

Property manager is fantastic. Property is close to the lake but not on the lake. Dead end road is great for riding bikes with a 6-year-old.
