  • OCCUPANCY LIMIT 3. The cabin includes a private bedroom and bath, plus a common room with kitchenette. This one-bedroom cabin has a direct walk out onto the pond side floating boardwalk. A queen bed and a small futon in the common room. This allows for up to 3 guests. Guests will also have access to the natural pond. You can also enjoy Sebago Lake with private access for guests staying at the estate. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE

Exceeded expectations! We had lake access, access to a natural swimming pond, and a gorgeous screened in porch with a view of Sebago Lake. Our interactions with the other guests were cordial, fun, and a great experience. We met Eric the owner one morning and he was kind, engaging, and told us about the property, which is gorgeous. The landscape and design was well thought out. Absolutely worth the visit. Close to great nearby restaurants and activities!
