  • OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 - A waterfront 2 Bedroom 1 Bath with 100 feet of frontage on Hancock Pond. The screened in porch is just steps away from the water. There is still plenty of yard space for a fire pit, picnic tables, and a swing set. Bring your boat and tie it up to the dock. There are also 2 kayaks and a canoe available. Inside enjoy the open floor plan with views of the lake. 2 bedrooms off the living room. One bedroom Queen bed. One bedroom with a Double bed. There is also a Double pull out sofa in the living room and a Queen air mattress available. All these things plus great views and great fishing!!
    Waterfront Description: Mostly flat lot with direct access to Hancock Pond. Dock: YES, Mooring: NO
