"For one there was no one I. The office when we got there, bust service even called to try and get an answer and no response. Second the place was dirty and people live there it’s not a normal hotel. Third after no response, Expedia and the place won’t refund my money plus we had to pay for an additional hotel at 9pm and got lucky because everyone around was booked . So off to the bank to file a claim. "

"The place show was amazing. The staff was terrific. We were early in our room wasn’t ready, but they asked for our number and actually called and told us when the room was ready. They let us know we could use the amenities while we wait. We had a beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and friendly staff throughout the facilities. We had dinner by the intercoastal and enjoyed the night at the sandbar. We had been to Sebastian many times but our first time at Captain Hiram’s we will be back."

Relaxing getaway destination!

"Great dock on the River to enjoy fishing and sunsets, nearly private beach and gorgeous sunrises! Wonderfully relaxing location! Beach house is so cute inside as well. It is about 20 minutes distance from restaurants/shopping but totally worth it for the privacy of the destination!We will definitely be booking again in the future!"

Great neighborhood

"We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The property and house are beautiful and the neighborhood was very friendly, we felt like locals. The location is just perfect for taking in all that the Sebastian area offers. The Dog loved the beautiful backyard and the landscaping was great, felt like a tropical paradise in our own backyard. We did have a few minor glitches which Craig addressed quickly to resolve. Plan to stay again next winter."

Perfect waterfront getaway with stunning bay views

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bay front home! The location is unbeatable with peaceful views of the bay, a dock perfect for watching wildlife, and a private beach just across the street. The house was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape!"
