Welcome to your own private resort! Booking the 6BR Compound gives your group exclusive access to all three unique homes on our property, plus all the outdoor fun zones. It's the ultimate setup for large families, friend reunions, or groups wanting space to spread out. Here’s the grand tour:
The Main House (4 Bedrooms):
· The central hub! Spacious living area, large fully-equipped kitchen, dining space, and the popular game room (pool table, darts!).
·Four comfy Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
· In-unit laundry.
The Studio (1 Bedroom):
· A cozy retreat attached to the main house area.
· Features that super-comfy King bed.
· Handy kitchenette and its own bathroom.
The Container Home (1 Bedroom):
· A unique, modern tiny home experience!
· Comfy Queen bed, efficient kitchenette, and stylish bathroom.
· Its own private space separate from the other two units.
TWO Private Outdoor Zones (All Yours!):
· Main Patio Area: The large covered patio connected to the main house/studio area with grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating – exclusively for your group!
· Container Home Yard: A separate, private fenced yard just for the container home guests, featuring its own seating area under a shade sail, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Noise Reality Check: Being convenient means the property is near a main road, train tracks, and a 24/7 gas station. Expect to hear ambient noise, especially in outdoor areas or potentially more so in the Studio/Container units. We provide [sound machines/earplugs - state if true], but it's not a silent escape.
Hot Water (Container Only): Quick heads-up for those in the Container Home: the tiny water heater means quick showers (~5 mins). The Main House and Studio have standard hot water.
Beach Access: A super quick 3-minute drive (2 miles) gets your whole crew to Wabasso Beach!

· Pets: Max 2 pets allowed with prior approval. $100 fee per pet, per stay applies. Please inform us when booking.
· Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper.
· Air Conditioning: Please keep doors & windows closed when AC is running.
· Damages: Please report any accidental damage, big or small, so we can address it. We understand small things happen, but guests may be responsible for the cost of significant damage.
