This was our first time staying at Davis house and it will absolutely not be our last!!! Everything about our stay was perfect. We were there for the 4th of July and the owners treated everyone like family! We had so much fun with everyone!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Davis House Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. It's walking distance to several restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Nice, small, quiet property but close to the dining, park, and waterfront attractions. Kyle is an amiable innkeeper and they have done a nice job here. Would/will stay here again.

Right where we like to be

Wonderful boutique hotel near Sebastian's restaurant row. Clean spacious room with a view of the Indian River, including a gated dock. Had an excellent time.

Great place - Lots to do

It was great. Great location, interesting area with lots to do. Watched the sunrise from a table and chairs just outside the room. Sat on the beach and watched the birds. Great experience.

Room was very clean and spacious, only issue we had with the property was the water pressure was low and they could use some larger bath towels. There are a couple of walk-able restaurants/bars and the owners are welcoming.

Awesome weekend

The room had a view of the lagoon and sunrise. Was very comfortable. Very, very clean. Owner is a great guy. Invited everyone to 4th July burgers and hotdogs. Location is awesome. Got to enjoy the 4th July Parade.

The property was a little dated, but generally in good shape. Some of the furniture showed some signs of wear, but all were clean. The owners were working on repairs. We would definitely consider staying there again.

My room had no scenic view. The bathroom was very small and claustrophobic. The kitchenette was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave, no way to prepare fried eggs or heat water. On the plus side the staff were friendly, and things were clean.

The room was immaculate. The full size fridge is a wonderful idea. The large counter with sink, coffee maker and microwave and an abundance of cabinet and drawers containing dishes and silverware makes it so convenient. The room was large with petition between the king sized bed and the front area the contained a nice sofa and a table with four chairs and tv. The air conditioning was superb. I would highly recommend it.

Having a suit style room for the price was excellent. It may not be modern and flashy but it has all the necessities of a costal getaway! The kitchen amenities were great with coffee, cream, and sugar available. The dining table came in handy too as i had some sewing to do! Of course the ironing board got used for that too! Didn’t get much use out of the couch and living room tv but it was a welcome touch! There was also a smaller tv by the bed which was great for unwinding and watching game shows! My only critics are that the bed was very firm, which started to affect my sleep on the second night. Also the bathroom was a bit cramped with the door opening into the shower and toilet. Overall a lovely stay local spot to stay! 15/10 recommend for a costal getaway!

The reception is never aware of people going in or out. The AC is old and make a bunch of noise, also de rooms smell funny and for the price i think in general is not worth it. The only possitive thing is that you can basically walk to great food places within 2 miles or so.
