"The people in the office welcomed us kindly. The first impression for us when we entered the room was that the room was clean and neat, and nicely warmed up. We were glad we stayed there during our trip. The price was very good compared to other places."

"We stayed for a long weekend at this lovely, comfortable home. There were 7 adults (3 couples and one single) and 2 small children. The house was perfect for our family. Each bedroom has a king bed, very comfortable, and a private full bathroom. There is a full bath on the main floor as well. The guest house has a king bed, bathroom and sauna. A nice place to retreat to for some quiet time. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware etc. Well stocked kitchen made cooking easy and enjoyable. Communication with the owner was great. Texts and calls were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and stay again. "

"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"
