Nestled between the Salish Sea and Sechelt Inlet, Sechelt is located about 30 km north from the ferry terminal that connects the Sunshine Coast to the Lower Mainland (Vancouver area). Famous for its relaxed seaside vibe, “The Coast”, as locals call it, is renowned for the tremendous outdoor recreation opportunities.

This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rancher is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has bunk beds (single on top, double on bottom), and a double sofa bed. With comfy fine linens and comforters to give you a peaceful good night's sleep.
Get used to the quiet, at night all you can hear sometimes is your own heartbeat.
Watch the Cruise ships go by (way way out there in the Georgia Strait,( use the binoculars)), while you cook your dinner in the wrap around kitchen with views from every window. Sit on one of the two soft leather recliners and read your favourite book (we have many local writers on the Sunshine Coast, you will find a variety of their autographed books in our book library), or just look at the views of the ocean and wait for the sunset.

An amazing glassed-in (wrap-around Views), recreational/Lounge area, to include a pool table, games/poker table, large screen TV's, exercise equipment, bio-flex, Juke box with plenty of CD's, an original Galaga 1980 full size video game with 64 original games, like pac-man, tetra, etc., lounge area with an additional sofa bed to sleep almost under the stars, plus an outdoor hot-tub with ocean views and much more.

WheelHouse policies.
Security and pet deposit - required. (payable when reservation is made) The Hosts will return the Security Deposit at the end less such deductions as provided in this agreement.
Minimum booking requirements during peak times 4 consecutive nights.
Pets.
Please make sure your pet stays in or close to the home and
pick up after your doggy dodo. Please do not allow your pet to piddle on the flowers or front lawn. Pets should be groomed, have had their flea & tick dose, and be non-aggressive.
Pets are NOT allowed on any of the furniture, so please have a pet bed for your doggy. There is also a gated front patio. Please remember to not leave any smells of any kind outside, or it will attract bears,raccoons, coyotes, eagles etc.
Pet violations may lead to rental accommodation issues.
Copy of ID - D/L or passport required,
and only ID’d persons shall reside in the home during the stay.
Cancelation Policy - Guests - who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. If tenant(s) leave the premise earlier than agreed upon, they are liable to pay the remainder of the amount owing to the full extent of the agreement.

Neither the Property nor any part of the property will be used at any time during the term of this agreement by the tenant for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for the purpose other than as a private single-family residence.The tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean and ready to rent condition and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if the tenant causes damage to the premises or its furnishings. The landlord has the right to inspect the premises should the tenant violate any of the terms of this agreement.
