"Communication from owner poor. Entry instructions not even available days 24 hours before arrival. Had to chase owner and received instructions the morning we arrived in France. Picking up keys involved a 20 minute walk from the station. The keys were not available at 15:00 as promised and our limited French and the supermarket staff’s limited English meant we could not communicate. Messages via Verbo to Henry got no response. Eventually keys were delivered to the supermarket at 15:30. Stayed...

"Appartement bien aménagé et bien situé pour visiter le vieux Lille à pied (20min de la grande place à pied) Le contact que nous avons eu "Romain" est très réactif, nous avons fait appel à lui suite à quelques petites interrogations lors de notre séjour et des le lendemain le nécessaire avait été fait. Juste petit bémol il manque je pense quelques ustensiles vu le nombre de personnes que l appartement peut recevoir. Mettre plus de verres à vin car que 2 dans les placards, manque cafetière, un...

The flat is opposite a very noisy night club open from 11pm to 7am Fri with its clients partying loudly in the street all night. The flat was generally tired and reeked of stale perfumed candles.
