"Honestly, we expected the hotel to be good, but it actually surpassed our expectations in pretty much every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the minute we walked in the door, but never fussy. We were able to just switch off and relax, but there was always someone around when we needed them. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic and the wine from the vineyard was terrific. "This is a lovely villa over two floors. Which comprises of a ground floor bedroom, also 2 bedrooms in the first floor. There is a cozy bit spacious sitting room with a glass and copper hearth for burning small logs. The kitchin is well equipt, with all mod cobs, microwave, easy to use gas cooker and oven.and a coffee machine. Off of tha kitchen with a shower and bidet. Is a nice sized bathroom. "

"This hotel is a gem if you want a slow weekend in the country. This area is stunning. The hotel is so charming, the hotel is situated right in the middle of the horse stud in beautiful historic buildings. There are birds everywhere so just lovely place to relax and listen to them. Rooms were lovely. I came with two young children and the indoor pool is the best we’ve been to. The pool was a perfect temperature and the room was heated so quite relaxing.
