"Firstly the location couldn’t be more central and convenient. Most importantly, the hotel is clean, not just on the surface, its good clean!. Staff are lovely and there is a great locker service for luggage with a lounge / waiting area. Really good as its secure and you feel you can leave everything there not just your clothes luggage, leaving you hands free to explore this beautiful city. Hotel room was nice but for £300 a night, I would have expected water bottles in the room and slippers so I dont walk around the room with wet feet. Breakfast was good but again expected fresher pastry options for £19 a day. Overall very good with small improvements required. "

"Safe area and easily walkable to the city centre with accessiable public transport and taxi service. The room was spacious and clean although we had a bit of bad experience with room service, especially cleaning and tidying things up in the room on the next day after arrival. However, it was corrected quickly and cleanliness and tidiness was satisfactorily maintained until we left."
