"everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha. "
