Clean, spacious, artsy loft-style apartment sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably. With 900 square feet, there's plenty of space to relax after your Sedona adventures.

Top location between Uptown and West Sedona: next door to Starbucks, Vitamin Cottage, and fantastic Picazzo's Organic Italian Restaurant. Within a short drive from major trail heads. Whole Foods, and many other restaurants within minutes.

Enjoy free WIFI (150Mb) and amazing views from your private, shaded balcony. You'll love the new mattresses, fresh new linens, fully-stocked kitchen, custom bath with shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Our guests enjoy the Loft because it is clutter-free, bright and modern design, with open floor plan, high ceilings and big views.


* Spectacular views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock right from the covered balcony and living room.
* 1 bedroom with king bed and fresh, new, mattress and cotton bedding. This is a Loft-Style bedroom, where the walls do not touch the ceiling and there is no physical door.
* 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, custom-tile, all natural soaps and a hairdryer.
* Large Kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with cold filtered water. You dine at the over-sized bar: your eat-in kitchen.
* Full stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of pots, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices and condiments.
* 1 designated parking spot: fully shaded to keep car cool.
* Full-size washer and dryer for which we gladly provide detergent. Iron+board for your convenience.
* Of course WiFi and on 2 Smart TVs to connect to your preferred apps.
* We like things clean, so all mattresses and pillows are encased with bug and mite-proof covers.
* The apartment-loft is 100% for your private use.

Loft 2 is one of four, located in a modern new building. One floor up with a gradual 18-step stairway (no elevavator!), the offices below are open only during business hours.

Together with our trusted local co-host Traci we welcome you to Loft 2. While we won't likely meet you in person, we are always available for questions and suggestions. In the Loft, you will also find a useful Guest Book with great tips from past guests.

We will be back! The loft was very comfortable and incredibly clean. The hosts were very helpful and informative. Extra bonus for me is the restaurant next door is very food allergy friendly. Beautiful space in a beautiful location- just a few minutes from downtown and central to all of the good trails for hiking and biking.

Great location and view

Convenient location to all amenities. Right next door to Starbucks and a great Italian/pizza place. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The only downside was the couch wasn’t comfortable to sit on, that left 1 good chair. After a day of hiking it’s nice to have a good spot to relax.

Perfect for our gals getaway

The loft was so comfortable, well furnished, homey and just perfect for us. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning, drinking coffee and looking at the beautiful view. Everything was easy for the booking, check in and checkout process. You can certainly tell the owners and property manager took pride in the home and wanted a wonderful experience for anyone staying there!

Great location with all the comforts of home

The Loft is very spacious and the hosts thoughtfully provided all the creature comforts. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with fluffy towels and shower supplies. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything we needed and was spotless. We’re so glad we had such a nice place to come back and relax in after long days of hiking and exploring.

The Perfect Sedona Condo!

My husband and I were both impressed with our stay at the loft. Very clean condo, in a great location, and the most comfortable bed of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The condo was only 10 min away from most of our hikes, as well as ‘downtown’. Excellent amenities and the host was immediately responsive to answer any questions.I highly recommend for future Sedona vacationers.

Perfect

This property was modern, clean, and convenient to every venue, including groceries, and was situated amongst red rock formations and the airport vortex. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen supplies, bathroom toiletries, linens, red rock parking pass to laundry facilities. Parking was convenient and covered. The bed was comfortable with a large, lighted closet and balcony. Be prepared for a stairway up into the loft. It was no problem for us but if you have mobility issues, it will be a challenge. This was one of the best vrbo’s we’ve stayed in.

Great Stay!!

My stay here was absolutely incredible! Before I even arrived, the hosts, Ellen and Todd, went above and beyond by sending me an exceptionally detailed and thoughtful message. It included local hiking trails, nearby restaurants, and a variety of other attractions to explore around Sedona. I’ve never received such a comprehensive and well-curated guide from any host before—it was truly impressive! When I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was exactly as described, but even better! I was blown away by how immaculate and pristine everything was. The location was perfectly central to all my activities, making it super convenient. The house was stocked with everything I could possibly need, which made my stay seamless. The washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious bath were highlights I deeply appreciated. The only minor observation I have is that the loft is situated in a spot where there’s a bit of mild noise early in the evening as a nearby restaurant wraps up for the night. However, it was hardly a concern and definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. I always strive to provide honest reviews since I rely on them myself, and this small note felt worth mentioning for full transparency. All in all, this space was stunning—not just aesthetically with its gorgeous decor and inviting atmosphere, but also in how clean, comfortable, and well-equipped it was. Couldn't ask for a better place

We loved our stay at the loft. It is new, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, just as advertised. We don't like having to find a place to eat for every meal while on vacation, so it was perfect for us to have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch. We also have grocery stores within minutes, and walked across the parking lot to Picazzo's a couple of times for dinner. It set the bar high for places to stay. We highly recommend it.

This property has it all: comfort; appearance; sitting area on balcony; convenient location; covered parking; and most of all, the view. We try to booked this loft every time we visit the Sedona / Cottonwood area.
