Completely appointed 1-bedroom /1-bath apartment perfect for the savvy traveler. Centrally located in the heart of West Sedona with the best views of the Mighty Thunder Mountain, 3 miles from "uptown". The suite is spacious, well-appointed and offers a excellent value choice for your Sedona home away from home. Your balcony has a table and chairs right outside the sliding-glass doors in the living room, provides a front-row seat to the mystical and colorful shadows on the Mighty Thunder Mountain. The private spacious bedroom has an adjoining bath and is located in the back of the suite backed up the forest, and very quiet.
The Private 2nd story suites are above quiet retail space on the main street of Sedona, 89A, which can be busy with traffic during the day. The Suites provide easy access to Sedona's many variety of amenities as well as providing a centrally located home-base to explore Northern Arizona. The Suites are a short distance to grocery stores, restaurants, wine-bar with music, art galleries, shops, day spa, movie theatre, bike rentals, ATV rentals, etc....
The evenings are quiet, peaceful and star-filled.

Nice, comfortable, having laundry was great, bed was good, kitchen fine for making meals. Living area was nice and comfortable. Mary, our host, was very nice. As others have mentioned, there was noise from the road, but we didn’t mind, and it was quieter in the bedroom. Thunder Mountain right across the street was a happy view :-)We’d gladly stay again!

Wonderful experience!

Great location

Mary was responsive and met us when we arrived to make sure we got checked in ok. Apartment was comfortable and provided all we needed. Location was perfect for activities we wanted to do. Yes, it’s along the busy highway coming into Sedona, but quieted down over night. Wonderful view of Thunder Mountain! Would stay here again!

Warm and Inviting!

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were well appointed and decorated for a Sedona Home. It was close to everything, and we could walk to some restaurants and stores. Mary was very nice and very accommodating. We would certainly book again.

Beautiful View of Thunder Mountain

Great view, comfortable apartment, easy access to hiking. I had been concerned about street noise at night, as it is right on Hwy 89A, but the traffic was very quite at night.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything in Sedona. It's on a busy road but the bedroom is in the back and it quieted down at night. We slept well. Sedona was beautiful with lots of things to do. We will visit again.

Great stay, great value.

Unit has everything you need. Centrally located in West Sedona, beautiful view of the red rocks. Traffic noise is bad during the day but is quiet at night, when you will be serenaded by coyotes. Thank you Mary for checking in with us on our last day.

Stunning Stay in Sedona

Perfect Getaway for a Week

This was the perfect property for 2 adults for a week. We hiked most days and cozied up at night. The place was easy to find and was only a 10 minute drive to uptown Sedona and most hikes/activities that we did. Mary was also an incredible host. She greeted us upon check-in, and was readily available if we had any questions. One of the best parts was the binder of activities and restaurant recommendations that Mary has in the rental. This was incredibly helpful in planning each day’s activity. Also, the view of Thunder Mountain is breathtaking. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Sedona!

The Perfect Sedona Location

We have stayed in several locations in Sedona and this is by far the best! Although it is right on Highway 89, the bedroom is in the back we were not bothered at all. It is also very nice and roomy. We've stayed at other places that cost more but felt cramped. Mary is a wonderful and gracious host.

Love Sedona

First time in Sedona. Our place was very comfortable, slept so well. Gorgeous view of Thunder Mountain. Busy street, didn't sit outside. Easy drive to trailheads, restaurants, grocery store. Bedroom in the back so very quiet for sleeping.

Great value, at least in winter

We hiked every day and cozied up every evening. The space accommodated us quite well and the owners were exceptionally responsive to our needs. We were not expecting to be right on the main road, and while the noise was not an issue (especially because the bedroom is in the back) it was noticeable and we wondered if it might be a problem in warmer months with windows open and/or we hung out at the property a lot more.

Sedona sampling

We didn’t really have to drive to different hikes. Everything was very nearby including the free bus routes. The view was interrupted by telephone wires but the magnificence of all the red rocks eclipsed it. Be prepared to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. Inside was quite lovely and met all our needs for 3 nights.

Mary was a great host, greeted us there and let us check in 1/2 hr early. Also said we could check out later because she didn’t have anybody coming in later that day. She had a notebook with highlights of Sedona as well as a park pass.

Suite with a view

Great location close to hiking trails. You are next to highway 89A so busy during the day but balcony in evening gives you great view of nearby mountains. Bedroom is in back of building so quiet in evening and no noticeable noise from highway. Mary is great host and very accommodating and very responsive if any issues with your stay.

Great Communication

Mary was the perfect hostess and was very responsive and helpful. The place inside was exactly as expected and worked out really well for us. We really liked the layout of the apartment. It has a large living area with an open kitchen, large bathroom which was wonderful, and the bedroom was comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars was that the apartment is the second floor over a business and not very attractive. But to be honest that wasn't a big deal. We were so comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Close to Everything!

Great location for a homebase to sleep and rest up before heading out to hikes, shopping or restaurants. Mary was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Be advised it is on the main road through Sedona, but it is quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom has a nice double sink and large shower. Washer and dryer in the unit.
