Located in West Sedona, Sedona Mountain sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is close to hiking trails and Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. You'll also be situated close to the popular AZ 89A area where you'll enjoy numerous of restaurants and shopping options.

This single-level property offers 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, an Arizona sunroom, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to seven guests. And you will find you enjoy gorgeous views from nearly every room.

Entering the house through the front door you'll be greeted by a welcoming entry way. A few more steps put you directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

Living Room: Enjoy contemporary furnishings including a sofa and accent chairs, a Smart TV, and easy access to the backyard spaces.

Kitchen: The kitchen was recently update and is fully equipped with stainless appliances and a kitchen island with seating for two.

Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six.

Master bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2– Full-size bed, Smart TV, desk area, and private access to the outdoor areas; access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Sunroom — Full-size bed, twin bed, access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (This room does not have central air, but there is a portable A/C unit that is available for use. This room currently has no window shades.)

Outdoor Spaces:
The outdoor spaces offer lots of outdoor seating, outdoor dining with seating for six and a propane BBQ. There is also seating on the front porch.

Really nice house.....
Property was just as described.....driveway is a little steep but other then that the back yard was perfect if you are bringing dogs....house was clean...beds were comfortable...what more can you ask for? would definitely stay again on our next trip to Sedona .....

Beautiful Property and Location - Pet Friendly!
My husband and I had a great week in Sedona at this property. It was walking distance to great trails and the entire property is fenced in which made it great for our two dogs to be secure and safe outside. It was perfect for them to enjoy time away from the Phoenix heat! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals but we were also very close to some great restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Great property with nice amenities. We really enjoyed the patio areas and the grill- and the cookware was all in good shape. Trailhead nearby was very convenient and fun addition to our stay! If you walk in the neighborhood very early in the morning, you may spot some javelinas.

This is a good one. The property was exactly as it appeared in the listing, was clean, and well stocked. The outdoor area was awesome! The check in and out instructions were clear and seamless. And one of very few vacation rentals that doesnt expect you to strip the beds and launder the sheets or towels. It's a little thing but we appreciated it as we were packing up to end our vacation!

Nice accommodation
We enjoyed the privacy of the home offering peace and comfort in a quiet neighborhood . I would caution people to ensure they don’t drive a low riding vehicle as the driveway has a very steep incline. We had to park on the street.

Retirement Adventure
First trip to Sedona, and it was amazing overall. The location of the property was centralized for all we did. Suggestions in the guest guide for hikes, activities, and restaurants were all spot on. Being 3 short blocks from a major trailhead was awesome. The property was nice and as advertised. Comfortable beds. The only negative thing I would mention is the steepness of the driveway. It was a little scary backing out in the dark.

our appointments were mostly west Sedona and this was a perfect location for those, but also super close to trails and almost as close as you can get to mountains. Very spacious with big windows to enjoy light of Sedona and the trees /plants on property

We loved the privacy and quiet. The house was clean including the oven. Really enjoyed watching the sun rise in the front outdoor area. Be aware that the driveway is very steep. Our rented standard size SUV could not get up the driveway, only my sons' Jeep could make it up. Would definitely rent again.

Cute little place
Really quiet street and location. Nice little home. It’s really a 2 br 2 ba. The sunroom has beds in it but access to a bathroom is through another bedroom. Not really a useable space. Otherwise no complaints.
