The Space:
Enjoy this entire two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, complete with a private back patio just for you! This cozy retreat features two comfortable queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The updated, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, while the spacious sitting and dining area invites relaxation.
For your convenience, you’ll have access to a washer, dryer, and garage, along with covered parking. As a guest, you can also enjoy the shared pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Sedona’s stunning landscapes.

Also, please use the local Free Sedona Shuttle for trail head transportation.

Due to the recent wildfires, out insurance company now longer allows us to have any indoor or outdoor fires. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
