"Beautiful views are added to the many sitting spaces. Within walking distance of hikes (Soldiers Pass, Seven Sacred Pools). Also very close to uptown shopping. Nice quiet, serene neighborhood with amazing landscaping. The teens said it seemed like a resort because there were so many places to spread out around the house and property. The pool table and air hockey were fun, too."

"The house was very nice. It was roomy for my family. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work and was dirty. I’m not sure what was wrong with it. I highly recommend this house. It was in a beautiful location and convenient location with a grocery store and coffee places."

"This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. The location is amazing with a terrific hike to “Coffee Pot mountain” within a short five minute walk to the trailhead. Great views from the patio, five minutes to grocery stores, a very nice kitchen and a big gas grill. I would definitely stay here again - without any hesitation."

"Beautiful home with great views and close enough to quickly drive into town or even walk if desired. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and a nice place to hang with family in the living room. The management company is a bit aggressive with the numerous texts/emails about upselling early checkin/late checkout and threats to charge an additional half day rent if you’re still there at 10:01 am, but I guess that’s just part of trying to turn a lot of properties quickly. "Pete & Theresa are really sweet hosts. I chatted with both and they are very kind and laid-back. The quarters were very private even though it is on their property. It was very peaceful. The neighborhood is very quiet so if you’re looking to get away from the uptown area, this is a great option. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and looking at the night sky, which was spectacular. It is a very short drive to Dry Creek Road. Go north on Dry Creek Road for endless hiking options. "Great place we had a lot of fun. When I got home the host messaged me about missing pillows and pillow cases! I replied that we did not take ANYTHING !! Let alone used pillows and cases .YUCK!!!! She insisted we took them again. I am very upset and annoyed about this it is obviously some mistake on their part. I would never stay in that place or recommend it to anyone . it put a yuck on an otherwise wonderful time."

"We stayed here for a verde river paddle trip. We were only there for one night- arriving around 8:30 pm and then leaving the next morning at 9:30. The cottage was fully stocked with things you need, and you can tell a lot of thought was given to the space. The hot tub under the stars was perfect. Car port is covered and highly regarded by us for keeping the car cooler during the day. AC was on a schedule and worked well. Chargepoint station is 3 minutes away (walking) for those with an EV. We really enjoyed staying here."
