De woning was op zich netjes gepoetst. op kleine details (bv. de afzuigkap van onderen) na was het dik in orde. Ik kan het niet hard maken, maar ik heb het vermoeden dat 2 van de 5 matrassen oud en vol huisstofmijt zitten. 2 waren erg zacht, 3 waren nieuw en erg hard. Wat ik minder vond, is dat er geen voordeur was die af te sluiten is. De ruimtes afzonderlijk zijn allemaal met een ouderwetse sleutel af te sluiten maar er was en bleef een open verbinding van de hal naar het trappenhuis.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit perfekt! Einzig die Matratzen der Betten waren uns ein wenig zu hart, was aber auch Geschmacksache ist.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sauber. Genug Platz. Sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert.Ruhige Lage. Mit Familie eine gute Wahl. Mit dem Auto ca. 5min zum Lift. Immer wieder gerne. Preis–Leistung stimmt. Reisetipps: Kappl ist sehr familienfreundlich und für jeden ist etwas dabei. 42 Pistenkilometer. Nicht zu überlaufen. Kleine Skischulgruppen im Gegensatz zu Ischgl.Sehr angenehm gerade für Familien.
