"Very clean and mostly quiet. Room service can improve. When I requested, instead of coming they asked me to extend my stay although I was already staying another night. "

"⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. "Citadines is the ideal place to stay when visiting Muscat. Miss. Muzna, at the front desk, provides the warmest welcome, in a professional manner. The one bedroom apartment is ample, well equipped, and spotless clean, daily. An amazing Breakfast is available, which provides an assortment of dishes and drinks."

"Perfect"

"Nothing was good except the two guys in the front desk, Night Shift, and day shift guy. That’s it I don’t have nothing to say"

"Great hotel , big room and everything was up to expectations"

"The grocery is near by, also some restaurants. I dislike the cleanness of the kitchen, there are some insects. "

"Excellent property and staff. If I visit Muscat again I will stay here again"

"Vastaanotossa ei löydetty heti varaustamme vastaanoton kielitaidosta johtuen. Keittiön ruokailuvälineet olivat huonossa kunnossa ja osa myös puuttui. Sovimme lentokentälle menosta vastaanototossa jo edellisenä päivänä, mutta sitä ei oltu hoidettu, joten menimme kentälle taksilla, jonka itse maksoimme. Huone oli tilava ja siistissä kunnossa. Lämmintä vettä ei suihkussa käydessä tullut. Ramadaniin vedoten emme saaneet lainkaan aamiaista."

"The whole building stinks from the reception to the individual rooms. The smell gave me headache. The chairs are dirty. The sheets are stained. The furniture is old. "

"There were past reviews which rate the property was bad. But realy I enjoyed my stay, the staff were helpful. The location is near to mall and restaurants. You can find many taxes near by."
