"We 3 friends enjoyed a lovely stay at this comfortable, quiet, spacious and well equipped apartment on the outskirts of Herrhausen hamlet. Excellent communication beforehand with the host, Melanie, responding promptly to my queries, albeit in German. Her mother lives in the apartment below so was on hand for our arrival from the UK, and kindly gave us some tinned meat and butter for a simple supper as there were no shops open in walking distance. "Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und guter Infrastruktur im Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der lokale Bäcker. Wir waren als Familie mit unseren 3 (fast) erwachsenen Kindern zwei Wochen hier zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem haben wir es genossen, so viel Platz zu haben. Einziges kleines Manko, wenn man so lange da ist und sich selbst versorgen will, war die nicht immer ganz optimale Küchenausstattung. Sehr gut war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der auch bei kleinen Problemchen, sofort zur Stelle war, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Und natürlich ist die Gegend enorm vielfältig und hat für weit mehr als zwei Wochen Potential. Vielen Dank noch mal. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Kleine Anregung noch: ein paar der kostenlosen Info-Broschüren aus der Tourist-Info zur Orientierung wären noch super. Aber da hat der Gastgeber uns bei der Begrüßung schon sehr viel erzählt."
