"Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "
