"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "This is a very conveniently located 4-star hotel near the bus lines and the main pedestrian walkway in Chamonix. I like the lobby and the breakfast very much. The jaccuzi is not heated and the sauna is not as hot as most people who use saunas would generally like. Prices are a bit high. Overall, good hotel, but not a 5 rating in my book."
