Gulsah and her mother were wonderful hostesses. Amazing Turkish breakfast every morning. Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great views of the harbor. Lovely place.

We booked our stay very last minute just by chance we got Clementine Suits. It turned out we were really lucky both with the property and the location. In a quiet area but within walking distance of the local sights. The staff was really welcoming and friendly during our stay. If we needed some information or help we just had to ask at the property and we got hints and tips what is there to see, where to go etc. It's a really social place guests connect easily and make you feel welcomed. If I will go back to Izmir I will chose the same place to stay.

güler yüzle karşılanıp tertemiz ve çok güzel manzarası olan odamızda konaklamak çok güzeldi. sabah yine aynı güler yüzle sunulan kahvaltı harikaydı. otelden ayrılırken tekrar geleceğiz düşüncesiyle ayrıldık.

Ertesi gün Samos'a gideceğimiz için burada bir gece kaldık ancak kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğiz. Konumu itibariyle yürüyerek marinaya inmek kısa sürüyor, kısıtlı vakitte orada da zaman geçirme fırsatı bulabildik. Otele akşam saatlerinde girebildik ve Gülşah hanım bize çok güleryüzlü bir şekilde yardımcı oldu. Odamız gerçekten temizdi bir problem yaşamadık. Durumu anlatıp ertesi gün feribotumuzun çok erken saatte olduğunu söyleyince Gülşah hanım bize o saatte kahvaltı hazırladı ve aracıyla sınır kapısına varmamıza yardımcı oldu, kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili otel çalışanları çok rahat hisettirdi. Kendilerine tekrar teşekkür ederim. Sadece oda temizliğinden ve özellikle banyonun bakımsız olmasından memnun kalmadığımı söyleyebilirim. Onun dışında hem otelin yeri, sakin ortamı, kahvaltının güzelliği ve çalışanların ilgi ve alakası çok güzeldi.

Tüm yorumlar temiz diye gittik. Öncelikle otelde resepsiyonda kimse yoktu, dakikalarca bekledik. En son telefon ile aramak zorunda kaldık. Tüm çalışanlar bahçede oturuyorlarmış. Çıkış günümüzde de aynı resepsiyon alanında koltukta birisi uyuyordu o da ayrı bir sorun. Oda ise; her yer toz içinde, banyo tuvalet ve giderler saç doluydu. Kendi yatağımı açtığımda tüm çarşaf saç ve kıl doluydu. Sabır dileyerek tatile devam etmekten başka çare olmadı. Kahvaltıda yine her şey özensiz. Çay tabağının icadından haberdar değiller. Bardağın ağız değen kısmını elleriyle tutarak getiriyorlar. Bir de utanmadan memnun musunuz beğendiniz mi diye soracak kadar özgüvenliler. Geri kalan işlemlerini düşünmek bile istemiyorum. Ortalıkta çalışanlar tarafından bir canım cicim nasılsın cümleleri uçuyor ama hizmete dair en ufak özen yok. Profesyonel işletmeci yaklaşımı zaten sıfır. Çalışan “ay kendime çay almıştım ama seninki bitmiş benimkini al” diyebilecek kadar laubali. Kahvaltı yaparken merdiven altına konumlandırdıkları masanın üzerindeki toz ve ölü böcekler zaten temizlik anlayışını belli ediyordu. Kısacası sadece canım cicim kelimeleri sizin için iyi bir deneyim ifade ediyorsa koşarak gidebilirsiniz.

Beklediğimizin çok üstünde bir mekan

Girişten itibaren Gülşah hanım ve ailesi bizi sıcacık güleryüzlü ve içten karşıladılar. Oda gerçekten süit genişlikteydi. Mobilyalar keyifli döşenmiş ve ferahtı. Banyo ve odalar temizdi. Klima güzel soğutuyordu ki İzmir de klima olmadan da binanın yalıtımı iyi sanırım gayet güzel uyuduk. Kahvaltıda ev yapımı peynirler ve reçeller gayet lezzetli özenliydi. Ayrıca her gün kahvaltı menüsü de değişti. Araç olmasına rağmen marinaya ve merkeze yakın konumu çok güzeldi. Arka bahçesi sabah kahvesi ve akşam sohbetleri için güzel düşünülmüş. Ses ve gürültü diğer dairelerden hiç gelmiyordu. Sadece çılgın cırcır böcekleri duyuluyor 😊Aile ve eşle gelinebilecek sakin keyifli dingin bir mekan şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz.

1 gün konakladık ama en yakın zamanda tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz :) otel konum olarak kaleiçine çok yakın , odalar ferah, çalışanlar güleryüzlü, kahvaltı (özellikle reçeller ) çok lezzetliydi , kahvaltı sonrasında bahçede kahve ikramları da güzel bir jestti . Teşekkür ederiz tekrar görüşmek üzere✨✨

A notre arrivée, personne sur place. Tout était ouvert et j'ai reçu un Whatsapp m'annonçant le numéro de ma chambre. Dès lors, nous avons pris la chambre. Très grande et lumineuse avec balcon. Néanmoins sol pas trop propre et surtout une machine à café, sans café... Prendre une douche dans une si belle douche mais qui ne fonctionne pas car encombrée à 200% par du tartre et comme personne sur place, rien à faire... Par contre lieu très calme et avons eu un très bon petit déjeuner turc. Il était mentionné sur la pub de la chambre qu'il y avait un minibar, mais ne l'avons pas trouvé. En fait rien à boire... si ce n'est de l'eau du robinet qui n'est pas conseillée d'être bue en Turquie...
