"He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

"Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future,...

"Super easy to find from the Blue Gate, and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. A spectacular traditional Riad with high ceilings, and well appointed."

"Najia was very caring and welcoming. On the first night i missed the restaurants earlier closing time because of the Ramadan and they invited me to eat with them dinner. That was very kind. "

"It is a lovely place but the owner is no longer accepting reservations from Expedia or VRBO. We got there and were turned away. Is there a way to get a refund."

"The riad is near Bab Boujloud (around 200 m after the entrance)
It was really clean and nice
Mohamed is really friendly and has helped a lot without being intrusive so I really enjoyed my stay here :)"
"The Riad is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are very spacious with impressively high ceilings that make the whole place feel open and airy. The staff were extremely helpful—when I mentioned a smell in the room, they immediately brought a candle and essential oil for me. The rooftop restaurant also has a wonderful view and is a great place to relax. If there’s one thing for improvement, it would be allowing guests to enter the front door without having to buzz every time.

"Besides of the fact that this Riad was very beautiful and clean. The owner and the assistant made us feel like HOME. Their attentiveness, help, and kindness were really amazing. If one day I visit Fez again, definitely I will stay here again without any dude.
Khalid and Yassine they both were simple amazing ."
"Courteous and very attentive staff. Very polite.
Beautiful facility. Very clean. Very well maintained.
Rooftop bar has great view of the Medina and city.
Walking distance to markets in Medina.
Breakfast at the Riad was great.
Had dinner twice - good food.
Did not have time to enjoy spa services. "
"If we could give Riad Baraka 10 stars, we would. The Riad is lovely with an authentic Moroccan feel. The staff Mr. Said Samir, Mrs.Tuliar and all the others made us feel welcome and at home. The room was clean and comfortable, the location ideal. The optional dinners were outstanding, prepared fresh and with care. We highly recommend staying at Riad Baraka and dining in the beautiful courtyard!! "
"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "
"This was the best Riads we stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were gave us great tips for around the city and we enjoyed our conversations together. Our room was beautiful and the terrace had an amazing view of Fez. Highly recommend Riad Jamaï especially if it is your first time in Morocco! "
