Don’t go here

This hotel is the worst. Bad cleaning, unfriendly staff, leaking bathroom. You have to pay for swimming pool towels?!? Should have been renovated 10-20 years ago. I am actually offended that Hotels.com have a hotels like this in the listing.

Fin og sjarmerende hotell

Det var et fint hotell i et fint og sjarmerende område. Bassenget var perfekt, og stranda like ved. Frokosten var også ganske bra med godt utvalg.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja hiljainen. Aamiainen oli kattava. Hotellin ympäristö mm. Allas, ranta ja erityisesti rantatie, jonka varrella oli ruokaravintoloita oli ihana. Meressä oli merisiilejä, mutta rannalta sai ostettua uimatossuja. Rannan hiekka ei ollut kuumaa eikä tarttunut pyyhkeseen tai muihin tavaroihin.

Dette var en blandet opplevelse. Noe bra og noe dårlig. Fantastisk utsikt fra balkongen, og god kaffe/muffins på frokosten. Flott strand. Men lite service vennlig resepsjon, utrolig dyrt, kort åpningstid på butikk i nærheten. Virker ikke som om de ønsker at gjestene skal komme tilbake.

Hotel medena

Renhold av hotellet var skuffende. Det var møkkete gulv på rom, veranda virket ikke som var vasket i hele år. Forferdelig møkkete. Sønnen min mistet en bil under seng, den ble værende der, ingen orket hente den frem. Det ble fremstilt som et renovert hotell, men dolokket på doen vår var ødelagt, det satt ikke fast, vann spruter opp av doen når man trakk opp og ned på gulv. Dorullholder hang og slang på veggen. Renhold av doer ved bassengområdet var skikkelig møkkete. Virket ikke som de ble rengjort hver dag. Skuffende at man ikke kunne sitte ute å spise frokost. Kun en kjempe stor frokostsal innendørs, med dårlig rengjøring av bord. Bord ble ikke vasket mellom hver bordsetting, og stolene var skikkelig grisete. Bassengområdet var fint og nytt, men vannet i bassenget var helt grått og ekkelt. Vi badet ikke der de siste dagene da det ble verre og verre for hver dag.

l hotel en rénovation ressemble plus à un hall de gare ou d hopital, froid et impersonnel la chambre familiale est concenable. le canapé-lit n est pas prevu pour 2 ados mais pour 2 jeunes enfants la deception a ete.la restauration, une pure arnaque... la nourriture est lamentable, tiree vers le bas pour une rentabilité maximale... une honte

Vi hade bokat ett superior family room. Rummet var väldigt litet och det kändes väldigt trång att bo i för 4 personer i de 11 nätter vi var där. Städarna skötte sitt jobb mindre bra och i slutet av vistelsen hade vi en myrinvasion i rummet. Ac:n var värdelös och det tog flera dagar att få ner temperaturen i rummet till en acceptabel nivå (ca 23 grader.) De första dagarna var temperaturen runt 26 grader i rummet vilket är alldeles för varmt när man varit i solen hela dagen. Frukosten var tyvärr ytterst medioker och den enorma slamriga och överbefolkade matsalen var väldigt otrevlig att vara i. Vi älskade området nere vid stranden där det fanns mycket att göra och många bra restauranger. Poolen var överbfolkad och för att ha en chans att få plats måste du vara där tidigt och paxa platser.. mitt tips är: betala för stolar på stranden istället. Värt varenda kuna! Åk gärna till området men jag hade valt annat boende. Helt klart inte värt de 19500 kr vi betalade. Halva priset hade känts mer rimligt.

Great location, clean spacious rooms

Excellent location, 10 minute drive from Split airport, we hired a car at the hotel and drove to the beautiful Krka national park which took an hour. Rooms were newly refurbished and very spacious. We were half board, dinner was excellent plenty of choice. My only negative would be that some of the staff were rude. The pool bar staff were very friendly though. We had 2 children under 5 with us, they loved the childrens splash area.

Super hôtel Bien situé, mer et activé juste à côté ! Cependant je ne vous conseille pas d’en prendre le buffet de l’hôtel. Il y a un super restaurant en face au bord de la mer ( le medina) je vous le conseille des plat pas cher et très savoureux !!!!!!!

Good family hotel with lots of facilities

My wife and I stayed for 10 days. At first we were allocated a poor room - we had booked a sea view and they tried to get us take one without. We stood our ground and they found a much better room with a side on sea view.

We had a good stay in Trogir at the Medena Hotel. Renewed interiors, good concierge service. Dining was ok, not huge variety. Breakfast was boring after 3rd day so I'd recommend be prepare for eggs an sausage. In terms of lunch I must recommend the bar that's next to the beach for the burgers and salads. Very reasonably priced too for a hotel next to the beach. My only qualm was that the hotel restaurant for dinner closed a little too early each evening.

Great for families

Above expectations. Will definitely use again when next in Seget. The reception area and restaurant a bit on the 80’s feel but the rest of the hotel is modernised. Food - breakfast and dinner was good for the superior option.

Hyggelig betjening. Personalet på frokosten slet litt med å fylle på kaffe, kopper, glass, mat etc. Ligger litt unna bysentrum, men taxibåtene til Trogir går stort sett hele tiden.

Property is quite old and gives a feeling of and old hospital ward. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff is friendly. This property is 40 minutes from split and expedia stated that it was 5 miles from split when I was looking for a hotel. I am more disappointed from expedia than the property.
