The "Niki" vacation apartment is a 3-room unit with an area of 50 square meters, located on the ground floor and facing the south. It has been renovated in 2023 and features a living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. There are two bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), and the other with a French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), both having access to the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
