"We were treated at best as an annoyance and at worst as garbage. How hard is it to get wine in a place like this? Quite hard as it turns out. And don't you dare bring in another label of wine! I was personally yelled at by two women who work there because I asked to borrow a corkscrew. Otherwise, our door lock was broken but the room was clean and there was a lovely view. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. "We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time."
