"I booked at Residenza d'Epoca Pietra di Ponente and I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The service they provided me during my stay was above 5 stars. The friendly service makes you feel at home, like family. Irene? Daniela, Leonardo and a new girl (sorry, I forgot her name) at the front desk were superb and all have excellent interpersonal and customer management skills. Melania and Luciana in the kitchen were also excellent in taking care of me every morning... I always had my Americano coffee as soon as I sat down. Their food was Mucho Buena. They all deserved to be rewarded for their great work. Without a doubt, when I return to Rome in the future I will stay here again. Hotel Residenza d'Epoca Pietra di Ponente. Irene went the extra mile and helped me book a taxi with Carlo and find trains to Venice, Florence and Ciampino. She helped me like a real travel agent. I loved it... THANK YOU IRENE"
