This is a lovely 1-bedroom holiday home in Segonzac. It has a swimming pool and is perfect for a couple.

This little village is the centre of Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. With its many vineyards, it's is a great area for hiking. If you are interested in learning how Cognac is made then the 'Université des Eaux-de-Vie' is well worth a visit. Towns worth visiting in the area include Poitiers and the port city of La Rochelle. The holiday island of Île de Ré is also close by. There's a tennis court 2km away and you'll find a supermarket and restaurant 1km from here.

Lovely stay!

Ted and Reit were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make us welcome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a quiet location whilst easy to get to the local town and to Cognac. We had a fabulous, relaxing break and would highly recommend this place to stay and once again, thanks to our hosts.
