What an amazing hotel! Outstanding staff and great location—we even had a view of the aqueducts from our terrace! The staff gave us great recommendations for sights and dining. We had an wonderful stay in Segovia.

Beautiful place, center of historic area, beautiful view from terrace. Mattress in bed need an upgrade, sleeping not as comfortable. Other than that great experience.

The owner very nice, unfortunately we don’t speak Spanish, so it’s a little challenges,, but the apartment has everything, including washing having, and the location n is great

We truly liked the very minimalist , elegant, stylish look of this seventeen century monastery. The spa area with a beautiful navy blue swimming pool lit by hundreds of small white lights from the bottom was very impressive, as well as all the treatment rooms for massage, facial, etc... Their breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed, either by their quality or their variety or their presentation.don't miss their chocolate and delicious churros.

The property is in a great location and is a very pretty building.

The hotel is on a fabulous shopping street. I was travelling alone and felt very safe walking back at night. An easy walk from the yummy bar/restaurants on the Plaza Mayor. If you are there in the summer they have a back yard that is very inviting. Excellent breakfast. I really liked the closeness to the Plaza and how safe I felt. Comfy beds are important to me and they were. Highly recommend.

One of the finest hotels we stayed through our trip in Spain. We found it at his site and we chose it because it was easy to get to if you are driving in. We never expected to be this nice. The whole property its really nice. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was awesome and free parking. Candido himself waved us goodbye in the morning after we checked out. A very memorable stay in Segovia.

This was where we spent our first night in Spain, and it was very comfortable and restful. The room was good and the front desk staff were very helpful with good English. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinner because of a wedding, but had some good tapas and drinks at the bar instead. The only downside is that it's about a 25 minute walk into town, so it was tiring walking back and forth. The walk is pretty though, along the aqueduct. It wasn't a bad distance, but you...

Right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance to all the attractions. Hotel provides a staff to park our car, a major help.

Beautiful building and comfortable rooms, though my bathroom was a bit small. Charming architecture. Though we paid for on premise parking, we were unable to find it. I think a flyer with the exact directions (map) from the main entrance to the parking would be helpful. Also, directions (map) from the parking to the main entrance would be very useful; one way and narrow streets are very difficult to navigate in this town. Big, well maintained room. Nice location, very convenient walk to tourist sites as well as plenty of little restaurants and bars.

The staff was very professional. First class accomodations. Free parking was an added bonus. I would recommend this parador to anyone.

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.

When we checked in, we were given directions to the local sights and told about a nearby event that was happening that night. It was something that took place only a few times a year. Thanks to the staff at the hotel, we were able to go, which really added to our visit. Later that night they showed the football (soccer) match at their bar and had free appetizers during the game. We really enjoyed our stay!
