The property was in very good condition. The location is great, we stayed there only one night, wish we could have stayed longer. It feels more like an upscale bed and breakfast than a hotel, still beautiful. We would stay there again

Love the restaurant, service, room, property, everything. My favorite place to stay in this area!

Very comfortable place to stay, excellent restaurant too. My room was superb… spacious, nicely laid out, great bed. Upon returning to the hotel after a full day, found they had brought up a very tasty cheese and snacks board. Spa and exercise room is first rate too.

Good place to stay in that area

Great hotel

Breakfast was a large selection of breads and pastries, cereal and fruit. Coffee and teas. Loved it

The whole staff is amazing, number one in customer service. Fernando at the front desk is always trying to help!

Staff is very helpful and nice! They will go the extra step no problem. They only speak Spanish. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was nice.

Highly recommend his hotel, rooms are very spacious and great atmosphere , breakfast is really good, croissants are simple the best

The friendliest staff in Argentina! Heated pools, jaccuzzi, a great restaurant and bar…

What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Also, the pool was incredible and spent a lot of time there, so refreshing during those hot summer days in BA! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with a pool and...

Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!!
