"Bed was unfortunately broken which impacted our sleep, shower was barely warm and instructions to use the private parking for extra charge was not clear and easy to follow.
However, the staff was available on WhatsApp and patient to follow along on a live call. The property has a really nice courtyard which makes you experience the colonial way of living in high ceiling rooms and open courtyards. "

"Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible.
La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso.
De todo lo demás fue excelente"

"Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. "
