About this property

Beautiful Villa, big pool, overlooking valley, walking distance to town.

  • Character villa with several layers on a ridge. Villa in good condition, wood parquet flooring upstairs, high ceiling in the lounge, downstairs marble flooring, large windows and three French doors downstairs opening to the balcony. All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and toilet. Air con in every bedroom, and also in the main lounge. Wonderful view from the breakfast balcony over the valley. The pool is 6x12m in size, large for a private pool. The house is surrounded with mature gardens. All the services in town are within walking distance: boulangerie, tabac, small supermarket, restaurants and a bar, pizzeria, art gallery, pharmacy etc. Please note that our changeover day is always Saturday, one or two week rentals. Sleeping capacity is normally for 6 people. Exceptionally with prior agreement for 8 people when an additional bedroom in the annex wing of the house is used. There is extra fee for the additional bedroom.
