This charming house offers a stunning view to the country side, hills towards the sea.
"La maisonnette provençale" consists of 2 rooms located on one floor with furnished dining room/kitchen and a bedroom with a large bed (2 beds 90X200 cm) and a bathroom with shower, WC and sink.
The rooms are opened on a covered terrace and on a PRIVATE GARDEN.
This independent cottage is part of a family property with sometimes occupied main house by the owner.
The property is located less than 2 km away from the center of Seillans (accessible on foot by an old road with very little traffic). The villa sits on an ancient olive grove and is filled with old charming olive trees.
The property offers a pretty garden with an outdoor 12-metre-long flat-bottomed swimming pool with a comfortable staircase allows you to swim pleasantly, exercise and cool off during the summer days.
The pool is however not suitable to children who cannot swim or do not swim well.

Seillans is also very convenient because the Mediterranée coast is very close which is perfect to visit the Côte d'Azur (Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, Marseille, Monaco and Italy) and the very famous Gorges du Verdon.
The region offers exceptional historic sites and lovely villages around, wine routes, golf, beaches that have to be seen.
