"I received an email about how to enter the property which was supposed to contain a Google Drive file with information on how to enter, use wifi, etc. but the link did not work. I sent a response message asking for assistance and I never heard anything in return."

"Clean, staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for family of 4. Central location. Amenities amazing. Would stay again for long term. For a short stay in Nagoya however, I would avoid, especially on weekends as street in front gets full of drunk people and bar workers calling customers ..."
