Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and other activities. No pets please. This multilevel vacation townhome offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Level one offers a two car garage, laundry room, powder room, den, primary bedroom and bathroom, living and dining areas, eat in kitchen with sunroom and patio just off kitchen. Level two offers a loft area, two bedrooms and shared bathroom. It is located across the street from the community pool and is a three mile drive to the beach. Free local and long distance phone calls anywhere in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. NO SMOKING. *Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
